  • Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, WhatsApp/mobile number, birthdate, gender, and district, which you voluntarily provide when you register with the App, update your profile, or submit a support ticket.
  • Academic & Progress Data: Information about your study topics, bookmarks, quiz attempts, scores, ranks, and streak metrics generated through your learning activity in the App.
  • Device & Usage Data: Technical information automatically collected, such as your mobile device ID, IP address, operating system, and App usage logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the App. Specifically, we use your data to:

  • Create and manage your user account and profile.
  • Track your quiz scores, daily streaks, achievements, and leaderboard rankings.
  • Process and deliver custom PDF exam paper exports and updates.
  • Respond to support tickets, user feedback, and paper requests.
  • Monitor app performance, diagnose issues, and ensure database security.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited situations:

You have the right to access, update, or correct your personal data directly through the Profile and Settings sections of the App. If you wish to delete your account and all associated progress data permanently, you can use the "Delete Account" button in the App settings, which will instantly erase your records from our systems in compliance with privacy regulations.
