Prashnotari Legal Agreements

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Prashnotari mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App and must delete it immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the App, including its source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, mock tests, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. User Representation & Accounts

To use certain features, you must create a user account. You represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit is truthful, accurate, and current.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and update it promptly.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all uses of your account.
• Your use of the App does not violate any applicable law or state educational regulation.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of the App.
• Automating the retrieval or scraping of quiz questions, PDFs, or e-books.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or spam through support tickets.
• Deciphering, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any of the software comprising the App.

5. Content Availability & Limitation of Liability

We strive to keep all study material, syllabus updates, previous papers, and mock tests accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all content is free from errors or omissions. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your reliance on content provided in the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the state of Gujarat.
